The solution for this is to support dog shelters and help to improve their facilities, help with dog trainers, behavioral specialists and management to make sure the dogs are well cared for until they find their forever home.
Happy Friends aim to contribute to the costs of caring for homeless dogs, their veterinary care, food, comfortable, safe shelter and daily exercise.
